It's Go Time

OK it is time. I just got done doing a brick in 100+ degree heat. Damn it was tough. I ran 1.5 miles to the site of my swim where I swam around 700 meters and then ran the 1.5 back home. I had a hard time on the way home as my legs were quite tired so my run quickly became a slow got. Tomorrow I will bike so as to let my legs relax alittle without the weight bearing exercise. Sept. 17th here I come!!!

Firecracker 100

I ran two times this week and lifted once...today i will ride in the firecracker 100 in stephenvill, but i will do the 43. My legs hurt bad from leg press 3 days ago. I guess this should work out some pain or make by hamstrings burst.
