Started

Sept 16th is the date with destiny. I started following a 16 week swim focused program. I knocked out the 40 min run and followed it up with a 30 min arms/shoulder lift. Today I am on the bike for 80 min after a lift.

Power Hour

Had a 60 min jog on the treadmill yesterday. I am going to run again today, swim tomorrow and catch two bike days in a row this weekend.
